Our Privacy Policy refers to this page. It lists the third-party services that process personal information on our behalf in order to run Kilo, and what each one does. We require each of them to protect personal information under contract and to process it only for the service they provide to us.
1. Services we use to run Kilo
- Microsoft Azure (United States regions) — cloud hosting, our primary database, file and photo storage, secrets management, and error and performance monitoring.
- Anthropic — AI drafting. Only the inputs needed for a given request are sent, and the provider is not permitted to train its models on them. A person at your business reviews and approves any AI-drafted message before it goes to a homeowner, insurer, or other third party.
- Brevo — delivery of transactional and service email, and of text messages when that feature is enabled for your account.
- Stripe — payment processing. Card numbers are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
2. Services you connect yourself
Kilo connects to tools you already use, for example CompanyCam, a calendar, an e-signature service, or your accounting software. Data moves between Kilo and those services only on your instruction, using the account you connect, and under that service's own terms and privacy notice. You decide which to connect and can disconnect them at any time from your settings.
3. Changes to this list
We update this page when we add or replace a subprocessor. The date at the top always shows the most recent version. For material changes affecting customers, we give notice as described in our Privacy Policy.
