Kilo, provided by Nerdy Consultants LLC, uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. This policy explains what they do.
What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags. In this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies".
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary — always on
- Session cookies — keep you signed in to the Service, remember your tenant selection, and maintain security tokens. Without these, the Service cannot function.
- Security cookies — protect against cross-site request forgery and other attacks.
These cookies are essential to providing the Service. They do not track you across other sites.
Analytics — privacy-focused, always on
- Plausible Analytics — measures aggregate usage of kilobuild.ai and the Service (which pages are visited, roughly how long, roughly how many people). Plausible does not use cookies to identify individuals, does not build cross-site profiles, and does not share data with advertisers. Because it does not use tracking cookies, no consent banner is required for it in most jurisdictions.
Optional third-party embeds — off unless you use them
Some pages may embed content from third parties (for example, a scheduling widget from Calendly, or a product demo video). Those embeds may set their own cookies when loaded. We only load them when you interact with the corresponding feature, and their use is governed by the third party's privacy notice.
No advertising cookies
We do not set advertising or retargeting cookies. We do not participate in ad networks. We do not sell data to advertisers.
Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from using the Service. Blocking analytics or embed cookies will not affect core functionality.
Changes
If we change what cookies we use, we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date above.
